A little about me 👋
I'm a Product Designer based in Denver, Colorado.
Currently I'm a Product Designer at Concentrix, a customer experience firm, where I have consulted and designed for companies of all sizes and across various industries. I recently shifted to in-house product design, where I’ve taken the lead in developing and managing a multi-platform design system. My previous work as a consultant provided me with the unique opportunity to design for vastly different companies, from banking to fast food. Due to the constantly changing environment, I've become flexible with my design skillset and have learned how to quickly adapt to unique expectations, communication styles and ways of working. While the end-to-end user experience remains at the core of my everyday work, I especially enjoy building out robust design systems and creating beautiful, polished high-fidelity designs.
Prior to working in design, I spent years in account management and implementations. My career really began ramping up after joining an early stage SaaS startup as one of the first 20 employees. I spent 4+ years helping that team to grow our customer base from just a handful to over 200, employees to nearly 150 and revenue to about 5 million (ultimately resulting in an acquisition). These experiences taught me how to truly listen and understand the wants, needs and frustrations of others (both customers and coworkers), and how to use problem solving and creativity to find solutions for them. Most notably of all, I was introduced to product design, ultimately leading me me to work in the field that I truly am passionate about.
What ignites my passion ✨
There are a lot of beautiful and fulfilling things in this world, but in my mind there is nothing quite like stepping out into a new place for the first time and taking in so many new sights, smells and sounds. Traveling has been my passion for many years now, it has taken me all around the globe and led me to so many wonderful people.

It was actually during the planning phase of my first big Europe backpacking trip that a thought dawned on me - "Wow, these booking sites are terrible. I wish I could just redesign them myself, surely they would get more bookings!". I went on to tell multiple people about this "dream job" of mine. This was 2015 and with little tech experience I had not yet realized that this dream job had a name, and was actually a quickly growing profession. I think back on that moment often and am so very thankful that this dream has now turned into a reality.

I've been passionate about creating for as long as I can remember (so much so that as a child I would cry if I colored outside the lines) and took up painting as a hobby several years back. In addition to traveling and painting, I also love skiing, camping and all things outdoors - especially after moving to the beautiful state of Colorado!
